Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a transmission. |

2. On models with тросовым the mechanism of deenergizing of coupling disconnect выжимной the bearing from a plug of deenergizing of coupling and remove the bearing (it is specified by an arrow) from a primary shaft. |
| 3. Take a cylindrical pin and remove the lever of deenergizing of coupling from the top part of a shaft of deenergizing of coupling. At installation it is necessary to use a new cylindrical pin. |

4. On both types of coupling wring out a lock ring and remove the top plug from a shaft of a plug of coupling. |

5. Take a shaft from the bottom plug and get it from картера couplings. |
|
6. Wring out a lock ring and remove the bottom plug from картера couplings. |

Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Check up the mechanism of a drive of deenergizing of coupling and if necessary replace the worn out details. |
| 2. Check up выжимной the bearing which should rotate easily, in regular intervals and silently. |
| 3. The working surface of the bearing influencing a press spring, should be smooth, without cracks, local corrosion or development. If there are these defects, выжимной it is necessary to replace the bearing. On leading knots of coupling of the second type it is necessary to replace all knot. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Grease all points of turn of a shaft and a surface of contact of a plug of coupling with greasing on a basis дисульфида molybdenum. |
| 2. Establish the bottom plug картера couplings. Insert a shaft of deenergizing of coupling and the top plug and fix their lock rings. |
| 3. Establish the lever of deenergizing of coupling on a shaft, combine apertures on a shaft and the lever and insert a new cylindrical pin. Establish выжимной the bearing on a primary shaft of a transmission and connect to a plug of deenergizing of coupling. |
| 4. Establish a transmission. |
