Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the negative plug of the accumulator.

2. Remove the air filter.

3. Remove a cable of an accelerator from a drive throttle заслонки.

4. Remove electric sockets from the gauge of position throttle заслонки, elements of heating, the gauge of temperature of arriving air and the engine of management of idling.

5. Remove a vacuum hose and a ventilation hose картера the engine.

6. Where it is necessary, unscrew bolts or screws and remove a suspension bracket of a cable of an accelerator.

7. Unscrew bolts and remove the case throttle заслонки from an inlet collector together with a lining of round section with which it is necessary to replace.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

2. Consider following moments:
     – Always use a new sealing ring which are established on a collector then accurately establish the case throttle заслонки;
     – Check up correctness of installation before the removed hoses;
     – Check up correctness of installation before the removed sockets;
     – Establish an accelerator cable.
