Removal
MODELS IN VOLUME OF 1.6 LITRES
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the negative plug of the accumulator. |
| 2. Remove the air filter. |
| 3. Remove a cable of an accelerator from a drive throttle заслонки and disconnect fastenings of a cover of a cable. |
| 4. Unscrew two bolts of fastening of an arm of electroconducting to the top part of a collector and move an arm with wires and hoses aside. |
| 5. Release скобы and remove sockets from four fuel atomizers. |
| 6. Remove submitting and returnable fuel hoses from outside a collector. |
| 7. Ослабьте collars also remove a hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes and a ventilation hose картера from the top part of a collector. If necessary mark hoses. |
| 8. Unscrew nuts of fastening of a collector and take a collector from a motor compartment. Remove two linings of a collector. |

ENGINES OF 1.8 AND 2.0 LITRES
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the negative plug of the accumulator. |
| 2. Remove the case of throttles, a fuel highway and atomizers. |
| 3. Ослабьте collars also remove a hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes and a ventilation hose картера from the top part of a collector. If necessary mark hoses. |
| 4. Where it is used, unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pipe of a measuring instrument of level of oil to a collector. |
| 5. Unscrew nuts and bolts, крепящие a collector to a head of the block of cylinders, and take a collector from a motor compartment. Remove collector linings. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. |
2. Consider following moments:
– Clear interfaced surfaces of a collector and a head of the block of cylinders of traces of old linings. Establish new linings and a collector;
– Check up that earlier removed hoses are established on the places;
– Adjust an accelerator cable. |
