Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a branch pipe of a fence of the warmed-up air from a final collector.

2. Unscrew three bolts and remove a casing заборника the warmed-up air.

3. Block back wheels and lift a forward part of the car.

4. Disconnect electric wires from the ljambda-gauge.

5. Unscrew nuts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe to a collector.

6. Unscrew nuts of fastening of a final collector to a head of the block of cylinders.

7. Take a collector from a motor compartment and remove a collector lining.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

2. Consider following moments:
     – Check up a final collector on deterioration and corrosion presence;
     – Clear interfaced surfaces of a collector and a head of the block of cylinders of traces of old linings. Establish new linings and a collector;
     – Connect a reception exhaust pipe to a collector.
