3.1.15. An oil radiator Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tighten a manual brake, lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.

2. Merge cooling liquid from system of cooling or press hoses of system of cooling near an oil radiator.

3. Establish the corresponding container under the oil filter and unscrew the filter.

4. Ослабьте collars of fastening of hoses of system of cooling to an oil radiator also remove hoses from a radiator.

5. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an oil radiator () to the block of cylinders and remove a radiator. Pay attention to a groove (), located on a radiator ledge.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a new round sealing ring from the back party of a radiator and establish a radiator on the block of cylinders.

2. Combine an adjusting groove in a radiator with a ledge on the block of cylinders and fix a radiator a bolt.

3. Establish the oil filter and lower the car. Check up engine oil level.

4. Establish on a radiator hoses of system of cooling and check up level of a cooling liquid. Start the engine and check up tightness of installation of an oil radiator.
