| 1. If has been removed, establish an adjusting lining on a valve core. Not to interchange the position at all of a lining since will be broken клапанные backlashes. |
| 2. Grease with a thin butter layer and establish pushers. |
| 3. Grease contours of cams and a neck of bearings of a cam-shaft with pure engine oil. |
| 4. Temporarily establish a pulley коленвала and combine adjusting apertures in a pulley and a head of the block of cylinders, ledges of 4th cylinder should be directed upwards. Remove a pulley and establish a cam-shaft in a head of the block of cylinders, and ledges of the cylinder №4 should be directed upwards. Check up that коленвал it is fixed by an adjusting core. |
| 5. Establish a cover of the central bearing it agree before made to marks and screw nuts on two or three turns. |

6. Put hermetic on a cover of bearings of a cam-shaft (zones of drawing of hermetic are shown by arrows), establish them in demanded position and screw up nuts on two or three turns. |
| 7. Gradually and consistently tighten all nuts the demanded moment. |
|
8. Using щуп, check up axial люфт a cam-shaft. To check up люфт against the stop, move a cam-shaft by one end of a head of the block of cylinders and insert an edge щупа between persistent surfaces of one of ledges of a cam-shaft and a cover of bearings. |
| 9. If earlier removed cam-shaft is established, клапанные it is not required to regulate backlashes. Otherwise check up and adjust клапанные backlashes. As the gear belt is not established yet, it is necessary to turn коленвал on a turn quarter in any party that pistons were in cylinders on half of piston stroke, i.e. any of pistons was not in the top dead point. It will prevent impact of pistons and valves at cam-shaft rotation. |
| 10. Grease working edges of a new sealing ring with pure engine oil and establish it on a cam-shaft working edges inside. Press it into a nest заподлицо with a cover of the bearing of a cam-shaft. |
| 11. If коленвал turned, it is necessary to turn it on as much back so that pistons of the first and fourth cylinders were in the top dead point. At all do not turn коленвал on the big size since pistons of the second and third cylinders can move to position of the top dead point and there will be their impact to valves. |
| 12. Insert an adjusting core for flywheel fixing. |
| 13. Establish a cam-shaft pulley. |
| 14. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| Engines of 2.1 litres |
| 15. Grease with a thin butter layer a cam-shaft and necks of bearings in the case of bearings of a cam-shaft and insert into a cam-shaft the case of bearings. Establish a persistent plate and fix two bolts. |

16. Grease hydraulic pushers and place them in corresponding apertures. |
|

| 17. Grease linings and levers and place them over corresponding valves (installation of linings is shown on a photo at the left, installation of the lever of the valve – on a photo on the right). |
| 18. Insert the new oil filter into an aperture in a head of the block of cylinders. |
|
19. Grease working edges of a new sealing ring of a cam-shaft and establish on a cam-shaft. |
|
20. Press a sealing ring into a nest with use of a hammer and оправки. |
|
21. Put hermetic between a flute and external edge of a plane of the case of bearings of a cam-shaft. |
| 22. Establish the case of bearings of a cam-shaft with a cam-shaft on a head of the block of cylinders. Thus do not displace levers of valves. |
| 23. Establish bolts of fastening and screw up them in spiral sequence, from the centre outside, gradually tightening bolts till the demanded moment. |
| 24. Repeatedly connect an oil returnable hose to a forward part of the case of bearings of a cam-shaft. |
| 25. Attach submitting and returnable топливопроводы to fuel atomizers. |
| 26. Make sure that the pipe of giving of oil is on a place, and establish the vacuum pump of brake system. |
| 27. Establish a cam-shaft pulley. |
| 28. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. |
