3.2.4. A cover of a head of the block of cylinders Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Models of engines of 1.9 litres

1. Disconnect a hose of ventilation from a forward part of a head and remove a branch pipe of the air filter.

2. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an arm of a hose of giving of fuel on the right side of a head.

3. Remove a vacuum hose of a diaphragm of management, unscrew two bolts and move a diaphragm aside.

4. Unscrew two bolts of fastening of a head and remove them with washers.

5. Shift aside all hoses which are over a head of the block of cylinders.

6. Uncover heads together with a rubber lining. Check up a condition of a lining and if necessary replace.

Models of engines of 2.1 litres

7. Remove the top casing of a gear belt.

8. Remove the top part of a final collector.

9. Remove a hose of ventilation from a forward part of a head.

10. Pay attention to an arrangement of the hoses fixed on a cover of a head, then unscrew 11 bolts gradually on a spiral.
11. Shift aside all hoses which are over a head of the block of cylinders.
12. Uncover heads together with a rubber lining. Check up a condition of a lining and if necessary replace.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, thus it is necessary to execute following actions:
– Establish all arms and hoses in initial position;
– Establish a final collector (engines of 2.1 litres).
