3.2.3. Mechanism installation timing
The tool for mechanism blocking timing On all models there are adjusting apertures in a cam-shaft pulley, a pulley of the fuel pump and a flywheel. Adjusting apertures are used to establish коленвал, a cam-shaft and the fuel pump in the position excluding impact of pistons and valves at installation of a head of the block of cylinders or a gear belt. When adjusting apertures on pulleys will be combined with apertures in a head of the block of cylinders and the block of cylinders, it is necessary to insert adjusting cores into them (or corresponding bolts) and to fix a cam-shaft, the fuel pump and коленвал from проворачивания. In this case the piston of the cylinder №4 is in the top dead point of a step of compression. |
