PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a gear belt.

2. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cam-shaft. For fixing of a cam-shaft from проворачивания it is necessary to use the special tool fixing a pulley (or, on engines of 1.9 litres, uncover heads and keep a cam-shaft from проворачивания a wrench for a ledge between 3 and 4 cams).

3. Unscrew an adjusting bolt from a cam-shaft pulley.

4. Remove a pulley from a cam-shaft. If necessary remove segment шпонку. Check up a sealing ring of a cam-shaft on tightness.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish segment шпонку in a groove of a cam-shaft and a cam-shaft pulley.

2. Screw up a bolt of fastening of a pulley and tighten its corresponding moment, preliminary having fixed a cam-shaft from проворачивания.

3. If acted in film, establish a head cover.

4. Combine apertures in a pulley and a forward plate and fix 8 mm a bolt.

5. Establish a gear belt.

6. Establish casings of a gear belt.
