3.3.10. Removal коленвала

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a pulley коленвала and the oil pump.

2. Remove pistons and rods. If pistons and rods are not exposed to repair there is no necessity to remove a head of the block of cylinders.

3. Check up axial люфт коленвала.

4. Ослабьте also unscrew bolts of fastening and uncover forward oil consolidation (from outside a gear belt), together with a lining (in drawing removal of a forward cover from the block of cylinders on engines XU and XUD is shown).

5. Remove a chain of a drive of the oil pump, shift a leading asterisk and a lining from the end коленвала.

6. Remove segment шпонку and store it together with an asterisk.

7. Mark covers of radical bearings from 1 to 5 (marks places are specified by arrows). The cover № 1 is located from outside a flywheel. Also pay attention to the established depth of back consolidation коленвала.

8. On petrol engines of 1.6 and 1.8 litres unscrew two bolts (one on the forward party of the block and one behind) fastenings of the central cover of bearings to the block.

9. On all engines unscrew and remove covers of radical bearings (an arrow the arrangement of a persistent half ring is shown). Also remove the persistent half rings located from two parties of a cover of the radical bearing № 2.

10. Remove коленвал and remove back oil consolidation коленвала. In drawing removal коленвала engines XU and XUD is specified.

11. Remove the top loose leaves of radical bearings, the top persistent half rings from two parties of the radical bearing № 2.
