Removal is made in the same way, as well as removal of the engine from a manual transmission, except for following distinctions.
Removal

| 2. Track electroconducting back from the multipurpose switch to a socket. Separate a socket from an arm and separate it. |

| 4. Press hoses of system of cooling by clips. |
| 5. Remove both hoses of system of cooling from a cooler. |
| 6. Disconnect a socket from an arm located above a cooler, and remove it. |
| 7. Disconnect the wire of weight connecting a transmission with a body. |
| 8. Remove an arm supporting hoses from a transmission. |
| 9. Remove a socket from the converter of a drive of a speedometer and remove the gauge of turns with картера a flywheel. |
| 10. Remove a starter. |
| 11. Mark and disconnect other sockets connected with a transmission. |

Branch of a transmission from the engine
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Establish the power unit on corresponding bars. |
| 2. Turn коленвал for a bolt of fastening of a pulley коленвала until in an aperture of installation of a starter there will be no one of bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer. |
| 3. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the hydrotransformer and, turning коленвал, unscrew two remained bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer. |
| 4. Unscrew fastening bolts картера transmissions to the engine. |
| 5. Shift a transmission from the engine and insert a bolt with a washer through an aperture of the gauge of turns in картер a flywheel to keep the hydrotransformer on a transmission. |

Preparation for installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. For preparation for installation it is necessary to make the simple tool to level the hydrotransformer with a drive plate. The tool represents a bolt of fastening of the hydrotransformer, only the big length, with the cut off head and with a groove under a screw-driver on the end. |
| 2. Turn коленвал the engine so that one of apertures of fastening of the hydrotransformer was combined with an aperture for starter installation. Screw up the tool in one of apertures of fastening of the hydrotransformer. Turn the hydrotransformer so that the alignment tool was established in correct position concerning an aperture for starter installation. Since the transmission is established, the alignment tool will pass through an aperture under a fastening bolt in a plate of a drive and through an aperture of installation of a starter. This tool then can be unscrewed a screw-driver, and on its place модет to be established the first bolt of fastening of the hydrotransformer. |
| 3. Check up that directing pins are established in the block of cylinders of the engine or картер transmissions. |

Connection of a transmission with the engine

1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to mean following moments:
– Establish a transmission in such position that the alignment tool has passed through a plate of a drive and an aperture for starter installation;
– Take a bolt from an aperture of the gauge of turns;
– After transmission screwing up to the engine remove the tool of alignment and screw in the first bolt of fastening of the hydrotransformer. |
| 2. Turn коленвал and screw in the remained two bolts. |

Installation

| 1. Establish a starter and screw bolts. |
| 2. Establish the power unit in a motor compartment of the car. |
| 3. The further installation is made in sequence, return to removal. |
