5.2.17. A final collector



1. Remove an inlet collector.
2. Remove турбонагнетатель.
3. On some models unscrew a bolt from a flange of a reception exhaust pipe.
4. Unscrew six nuts of fastening of a final collector.
5. Remove a final collector from a head of the block of cylinders together with a lining.
6. The hairpins unscrewed from a head of the block of cylinders at unscrewing of nuts, after collector removal screw in back.


The prevention

In connection with insufficiency of a place for removal of a final collector on the engine established in the car, it is necessary to remove the power unit preliminary.

1. Remove the power unit.
2. Remove a screw clip of fastening of a flexible part of an EGR-pipe to a collector.
3. Unscrew a connecting nut and remove bringing pipe of oil from the top part турбонагнетателя.
4. Unscrew two bolts and disconnect a flange returnable маслопровода () from турбонагнетателя (In – a bolt of fastening of a suspension bracket).
5. Unscrew a suspension bracket bolt турбонагнетателя.
6. Unscrew nuts of fastening of a collector and remove a collector with турбонагнетателем.


1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
2. Consider following moments:
     – At installation replace all linings;
     – On engines in volume of 1.9 litres establish турбонагнетатель and a final collector;
     – On engines in volume of 2.1 litres fix EGR a pipe a special screw clip;
     – On engines in volume of 2.1 litres establish the power unit.
