THE GENERAL DATA

The prevention

At valve removal be careful, that the dirt has not got to the fuel pump.

Described operation concerns only fuel pump Bosch.


The electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine is located at an end face of the fuel pump of a high pressure.

Its problem consists in stopping fuel giving at ignition deenergizing. In case there is a rupture of an electric chain in the valve or feeding wires, it will be impossible to start the engine as fuel will not arrive to atomizers. The same will occur, if плунжер the electromagnetic valve jams in a mode of a stop of the engine (the valve is closed). If плунжер the electromagnetic valve will jam in open position, the engine cannot be stopped at ignition deenergizing.

If the winding of the electromagnetic valve and the engine has failed it is impossible to start, it is possible to make the following temporary repair, having removed the valve and having established it back without плунжера and springs. The engine can be started now in a usual mode, and to switch off, using the lever of a manual stop of the engine on the fuel pump of a high pressure.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative plug of the accumulator.
2. Remove a rubber cover, then unscrew a nut and remove a wire from the electromagnetic valve (it is specified by an arrow).
3. Carefully clear a place round the electromagnetic valve, then unscrew and take the electromagnetic valve with ring consolidation.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
