11.19. Draught of a back suspension bracket

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. Remove a corresponding back wheel.
2. Establish a jack under the external end of the bottom lever and lift it so that the spring was slightly compressed.
3. Put combination labels between a special washer internal шарнирного a bolt and the bottom frame. At draught installation these labels will allow to keep corners of installation of a back wheel.
4. Unscrew a nut of fastening of the spherical hinge of back bent for to a pin and take the spherical hinge from a pin.
5. Unscrew a nut of fastening internal шарнирного a bolt and remove a special washer. Take шарнирный a bolt and remove back draught from the car.
6. Completely clear draught of a dirt and an anticorrosive covering. Check up its condition.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear a carving шарнирного a bolt and the spherical hinge and grease a surface of contact of new nuts with greasing Molykote G Rapide Plus.
2. Establish back draught into place and insert шарнирный a bolt. Establish on a bolt a special washer so that it was correctly established on a bolt and has taken places against a ledge on the bottom frame. Fix its new nut, without tightening definitively. Combine the labels made before removal, and tighten a bolt of fastening by the demanded moment.
3. Establish the spherical hinge in a pin and fix a new nut, tightening its demanded moment.
4. If necessary make adjustment of corners of installation of a back wheel.
