11.3. Replacement of forward bearings of a nave
THE GENERAL DATA

The prevention

Двухрядный the roller bearing does not demand any adjustments and has the greasing providing working capacity of the bearing on all service life of the car. At bearing installation it is necessary to use a new lock ring.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a rotary fist together with a nave from the car.
2. Establish a rotary fist on supports and, using tubular оправку, established on the internal end of a flange, squeeze out a flange from the bearing. If the internal ring of the bearing remains on a nave, remove it, using a stripper for bearings.
3. Remove (marksman) a lock ring of fastening of the bearing from the internal end of a rotary fist.
4. If necessary establish an internal ring of the bearing back and, опирая an internal part of a rotary fist on supports, using tubular оправку, squeeze out the bearing from a rotary fist.
5. Clear a nave and a rotary fist of a dirt and greasing.
6. Grease with a thin layer of greasing Molykote 321 R an external ring of the bearing and a plug flange.
7. Reliably fix a rotary fist on supports and establish in it the bearing. Bearing installation make with use tubular оправки which should press on an external ring of the bearing.
8. Fix the bearing a new lock ring which should be established in flutes in a rotary fist.
9. Establish the plug lateral aspect on a support and establish an internal ring of the bearing on the end of a flange of the plug. Bearing installation make, using tubular оправку which presses on an internal ring of the bearing.
10. Establish a rotary fist together with a nave on the car.
