THE GENERAL DATA
The prevention

For fastening of a side scene of the stabilizer it is necessary to use new nuts.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove forward wheels.
2. Unscrew nuts of fastening of the left and right side scenes to the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
3. Unscrew bolts and nuts of fastening of a suspension bracket of the stabilizer to the top part of the bottom frame (it is specified by an arrow).
4. Remove the stabilizer from under the car.
5. Check up the stabilizer on deterioration and mechanical damages. Special attention give to a condition of plugs of installation of the stabilizer.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish rubber plugs of installation on the stabilizer. Arrange each plug on the stabilizer so that the flat surface of the plug was in the basis, and internal washers are correctly combined with washers on the stabilizer. The plug crack should be directed to a back part.
2. Establish the stabilizer on the bottom frame. Establish installation clips so that their ends have been correctly located in the bottom frame. Fix their bolts and nuts. Connect side scenes to the ends of the stabilizer and tighten bolts of fastening by the demanded moment.
3. Establish new nuts on side scenes and tighten their demanded moment.
4. Establish wheels and lower the car.
