11.5. Repair of a forward rack
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a forward rack from the car and clear of a dirt. Using the special adaptation, compress a spring so that its top cup has unloaded.

The prevention

At use of the special adaptation for compression of springs watch, that spring coils were reliably grasped, spring compression make from opposite sides. The spring has very big effort of compression, therefore use only very reliable tool. At all do not connect a spring a wire.

The central nut of fastening can be unscrewed only at the compressed spring.


2. Fix from проворачивания a rod of the shock-absorber a key and, using the second накидной a key, unscrew the central nut of fastening of a rod of the shock-absorber.
3. Remove a plate (the top part of a forward rack).
4. Remove a lining and the top nest of a spring.
5. Remove a cylindrical spring.
6. Remove a washer from the top part of a forward rack.
7. Clear a protective cover and a rubber emphasis.
8. Remove the bottom nest of a spring.
9. Check up all elements of an amortisation rack on deterioration, damages or deformation. Check up smoothness of a course of a rod of the shock-absorber. Check up the shock-absorber on tightness, and also its rod on dot corrosion on all length.
10. Establish the bottom nest of a spring on a rack and pull a rubber emphasis over a shock-absorber rod. Establish a protective cover and a washer. Thus the bottom end of a protective cover is necessary for establishing on the shock-absorber case.
11. Establish a cylindrical spring so that its bottom end has correctly settled down in a spring nest. Establish the top nest of a spring so that its top end was established in dredging of the top nest of a spring (arrow). Establish a lining and the top plate.
12. Establish a washer and screw a new nut on a shock-absorber rod.
