THE GENERAL DATA
The prevention

Special tool Peugeot is necessary for installation of the bottom spherical hinge of a forward suspension bracket 0615J. In the absence of this tool replacement of the bottom spherical hinge make at station THAT.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a rotary fist and a nave from the car.
2. Remove the bottom protective plate of the spherical hinge.
3. Using a hammer and a flat punch, beat out a clamp of the spherical hinge.
4. Establish the special tool on the spherical hinge, having combined the tool with grooves (are specified by arrows) in the spherical hinge, and fix the tool, screwing on the spherical hinge an old nut. Unscrew the spherical hinge from a rotary fist.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Screw up the spherical hinge in a rotary fist.
2. Establish the special tool, being careful not to damage a protective cover of the spherical hinge, and tighten the hinge the demanded moment.
3. Using a hammer and a punch, зачеканьте the spherical hinge in one of grooves of a rotary fist.
4. Establish a new protective plate of the spherical hinge.
5. Establish a rotary fist together with a nave on the car.
